Our story starts with Marco, a chef in a cozy Italian restaurant nestled in Soho. Every Sunday, as he made his way to work, he couldn’t help but pass by the lively Brick Lane Sunday Up Market. The sights and smells of the bustling market sparked an idea in Marco’s mind.
